5 ways to set up a website.

website
Modern technologies are so powerful these days that anyone can build a website within minutes.
You can set up a company website, personal blog, e-commerce, wiki pages and so on with basically no I.T. knowledge and experience.
5 common ways to set up a website:
(1). Make use of online free site builders to create your website in just minutes. There are many free services available e.g. geocities. The only problems can be the speed of opening your web pages and without a proper domain name to go with it. However, you could register your own domain name and point it to your free website. The web address will not be changed to your intended domain name, and there is no email hosting. This is not a recommended option for any business.
(2). Use a web hosting service and start building your website with the site builder. You can have a meaningful domain name for your website and matching email addresses. The costs for the domain name and hosting may vary depending on your choice.
(3). Hire a web designer to design your website. Some designers may not have the best programming skill, and some programmers can be a bad designer. It is a bit tricky. Your friends or relatives may be able to assist you for some free beer. A good web design company might charge you thousands of dollars.
(4). Use your existing server to host your own website. Someone from your organization may have the skills to build a website for your business. Some companies may hire a contract programmer/designer.
(5). Do it yourself. There are plenty of books available to guide you on how to make a website yourself. Do not forget that resources are readily available online, at your finger tips.
